Our Services
Amethyst is an established mid-market Mergers & Acquisitions adviser, assisting a range of quoted companies, private equity groups and growth orientated family-owned businesses.
Amethyst provides senior-level, independent, investment bank-quality corporate finance advice on transactions typically in the £25 million to £250 million deal size range.
Amethyst advises on acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs, public company take-overs, stock-market listings and on raising private equity and mezzanine finance.
Broadly one half of our transactions involve a cross-border element. Amethyst is highly effective in accessing major corporations outside the UK either directly or via our international network of affiliates.
Amethyst is independently funded and offers no potentially conflicting products or services to its clients (such as debt or equity capital, stockbroking or foreign exchange services). We can act as exclusive lead adviser or work effectively alongside clients’ incumbent investment banking or stockbroking advisers, depending upon the nature of the transaction and the requirements of the role.
For a confidential discussion on any of the above areas, please contact one of the directors on +44 (0) 20 7936 9191, or email us personally.
